Do you offer gluten free and/or vegan cupcakes?

Yes, we offer vegan, gluten-free, and lactose-free cupcake options, and we do our best to accommodate dietary preferences. Please note that our kitchen handles common allergens, so we can’t guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If you have specific requirements, just let us know when ordering.
How far in advance should I order cupcakes?

We recommend placing your cupcake order 2–5 days in advance, especially for weekends and special occasions. Need something sooner? Send us a email at hello@sugarmamas.se with the subject line “URGENT”—we’ll always try to help if we can.
Do you offer delivery?

We’re happy offer to hand delivery for corporate orders at the cost of 599 SEK excl. VAT, with flexible timing. For deliveries outside of Stockholm (and within the Greater Stockholm Area), we will calculate the cost for you and let you know before you confirm your order.
How many cupcakes should I order?

A good rule of thumb is 1 cupcake or 2 mini cupcakes per guest, plus a few extras (trust us—people usually go back for seconds). For larger events, we’re happy to help you estimate the right quantity.
Can I customize the design or colors?

Absolutely. We can match themes, colors, logos, or inspiration photos. The more details you share, the better we can bring your idea to life!
Do you offer VAT receipts?

Yes we do! With every order, you will receive a PDF receipt for your records.
Do you require a deposit?

Due to the elaborate nature of our cupcakes, preparation for your order begins days in advance, and we bake the cupcakes to order. For this reason, we require a 50% deposit for your order in order to account for all the necessary preparations, and avoid unnecessary food waste.
